1. Tasks from the customer
The customer approached us with the task of creating an animated video for presentation at the exhibition. Their main goal was to make a bright and memorable product visualization that would stand out from the crowd and attract the attention of potential customers.

2. Search for the ideal concept
We conducted several brainstorms and proposed various concepts to the customer. Each of them had its own characteristics and advantages, but the main criterion was the creation of effective and exciting content. After discussion, the customer chose one of the concepts that best met their expectations and goals.
3. Creating a scenario
After the concept was approved, we moved on to creating the script. It had a duration of 1.5 minutes and included the text of the announcer in English and a detailed description of the actions in the frame. The script was designed to convey the main idea and benefits of the product as effectively as possible.
4. Test of the first scene
We started with testing the first scene. This allowed us to evaluate how the concept works in practice and make the necessary adjustments before starting full-scale production. After receiving feedback from the customer and approving the first scene, we moved on to creating the rest of the video.
5. Production and amendment
During the creation of the rest of the animation, we carefully followed every step of the production. Sometimes there was a need to make adjustments in order to achieve the maximum match between the customer’s expectations and the final product. Thanks to close cooperation with the customer, we took into account all comments and corrected the video in a timely manner.
6. Conclusions
The project to create a 3D animated video became a great example of successful cooperation between the edpit agency team and the customer. Thanks to the professionalism of our team and the active participation of the customer, we created a high-quality and effective animation video that helped to stand out at the exhibition and attract the attention of the audience. This case study confirms the importance of communication and teamwork to achieve the best results.
